Q. Will I need a new phone line?
A. It will depend on the service we provide to you. A member of our team will be pleased to advise you.

Q. Who will service the cash machine?
A. Payzone will service the cash machine. We do not use contractors, so your machine will always be serviced by one of our in-house engineers, who will have extensive knowledge of your machine. Our service engineers work seven days a week, so you can have the peace of mind to know that your cash machine will always be dealt with as a priority.

Q. Who will insure the cash machine?
A. Payzone will insure the cash machine. If we provide the cash (fully managed service), we insure that too. If you provide the cash (self fill), you will need to insure it.

Q. Will I get training?
A. Yes, we provide this free of charge.  It won’t take much of your time and the skills are quick and easy to pick up.

Q. How long does it take to install my cash machine?
A. This depends on what type of cash machine we install. If we install a through-the-wall cash machine, then the process usually takes around 4 months depending on various issues such as planning permission. If we installed a stand alone cash machine, the process is usually completed within 4 weeks.

Q. What about security?
A. We will assess any risks to your property when we arrive to complete our free site survey.
 
Q. What can I do to encourage transactions.
A. Our merchandising team have a range of material to ensure all your customers are aware of the cash machine service. They will work with you to ensure the machine looks clean and stands out for customers to see and use.As part of your daily routine you should check you machine on a regular basis, carrying out a balance enquiry is an easy way to check if the service is available.
The passage area around the machine should be free and uncluttered with  directional signage indicating the provision of this service.  If there are any problems please contact us on 0845 222 2222.
 
Q. Will Payzone clean my cash machine?
A. On a regular basis - when members of our team visit, they will clean your cash machine. Also, when our engineers call, they’ll give the cash machine a clean. In addition, we suggest you wipe down the machine daily when doing your normal cleaning. And if routine cleaning isn’t restoring your cash machine to its best, call our Help Desk on 0845 222 2222 and we will arrange for a merchandiser to call as soon as possible.
